Wooden windows – Traditional
Wooden windows – Traditional feature a distinctive wooden drip cap mounted on the sash.
The wooden drip cap protects the window from rainwater entering the window structure. The wide variety of wooden drip caps and the ability to combine them with external window sills provide flexibility in matching the window to the building’s character. Traditional wooden windows are most often chosen for buildings for which a heritage conservator has specified the joinery design.
